The Ranch Property Hadn't Been Painted in Years. Here's What We Did About It.

That's where this ranch out in Paulina was when we showed up.

The house was blue. The barn was red and rough, and we mean rough. The kind of condition where you're not just painting, you're starting from scratch on the prep. The shop needed work too. The owners wanted the whole property to feel like somewhere a family actually wants to be, not just somewhere they happen to live.

So that's what we set out to do.

The exterior of the house went from blue to gray, and we painted the interior too. We also coated the metal roof on the house. The barn got stripped down and brought back to life. The shop got the same treatment. Both storage containers got painted as well.

We moved fast on this one. Central Oregon beats up on exterior paint, and if you don't prep right out here, you'll be back at it in two years wondering what went wrong. Speed matters, but not more than doing it right.
